My 16-year-old had her first car accident, and to add insult to injury the Boca City police call Westway and FORCE YOU TO ALLOW THEM TO TAKE YOUR CAR, AND CHARGE YOU 10 TIMES THE RATE OF ANY OTHER TOW TRUCK COMPANY. TOW TRUCK DRIVER WAS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL, LAURA AT THE OFFICE EQUALLY AS RUDE AND UNPROFESSIONAL. IF YOU LOOK into THE OWNER AND HIS SPOUSE THEY ARE BOTH UNETHICAL AND CON MEN, WITH MANY LAWSUIT AND NEGATIVE REVIEWS ON THEIR BUSINESS DEALINGS. THE CITY OF BOCA PUT A GUN TO YOUR HEAD BY GIVING THEM A CONTRACT FOR THEM TO RIP OFF THEIR CITIZENS. THIS HAS TO STOP

I came down to pompano to do a install and was staying at my friend's condo and had to register online for a parking permit. The min I got in the parking lot I went on their site and registered from July 6 @2:55am to July 13 @2:55am and was approved and was given a permit # . On the confirmation email it clearly states I don't need to print anything out of need a sticker and that I was ok to park where I was. Well when I came out 4 hours later and ArchAngel security put a sticker on my window, I called the property manager and never got a call back. On July 8th West Way Towing came and towed my legally parked car. When I went to go pick up my truck the guy was standing outside and asked what we needed so I told him I came to pick up my truck they stole. He then told me " We're Closed" then said that's preditory towing and that they don't do that. When I showed him the legal permit I had to park where I was he looked at it and then looked in my eye and told me I was illegally parked and charged me $300 to get my truck back. The only thing I can say is beware when using those online parking validation cause as with me it was a alert for ArchAngel Security to to have a preditory tow done so they can get a kickback from the tow company and the tow company won't get in trouble.

Parked at closed walmart with truck and trailer walked McDonald's within two min was on hook. Guy in black pick up said was private property meanwhile he workef for wrstway patrolling vacant walmartparking lot *** said 400 to *** what a scam craig should be ashamed the way his derelicts run things

This company is a RIP off
Westway Towing was called to my accident scene and RIPPED ME OFF. I am only twenty years old and my accident could have been fetal and all these inconciderate people care for is profitting ff of someone who can not help themself at the time of his or her accident. The charge for towing was way over $400 plus an additional $24 per day that it sat at their lot. I called the day after my accident and my call in was not reported and I was at lost because they employeed someone that had no training. She provided me with an incorrect address, and a telephone number for which she had no name of the person. I called that number numerous times and no one returned my called. I called again the following day and spoke to two very abnocious and unprofessional men. I had to correct him and tell him how to speak and greet customers- finally one of them gave up and credited back two days which when I went to pick up my vehicle I had another problem getting the credit. I ended up paying over $500 to get my vehicle off their disgusting lot. I would NEVER recommend a company that profits off of people that can not help themself because the choice was not mine...it was FHP who contracts companies like these.

West Way Towing ripped us a new one they suck
west way towing ripped us a new one they charged us $ 400.00 dollars for towing a car hauler 7.7 miles. They keep us running from lot to lot for 7 hours while the bill went from 325 at 10am to 508 by 6pm. We still do not have our trailer at 6:13pm. We were supposed to pickup a boat and put it on the trailer for deliver in buffalo, NY on Wednesday. We lost business not to mention 400.00 in cash. I tried to threaten going to Better Business Bureau but after looking them up with numerous complaints and a rating C-minus they could care less. I talked to the manager - his manager - and the Better business contact. Different story each and every time. I also called in for a quote and it was only 250.00. They tried to extort double that. We called the police but guess what they use this towing service. They responded but stated they did not have time for us right now. What a supprise. They now have told driver he didn't own the trailer and we would have to prove that he had the rights to pick it up. I faxed a copy of my licenses and info on company giving him the right to pickup trailer. 6 minutes before banks normally close they stated I needed to have it nororized. After faxing this they stated I need articles o incorpation which a sole propritiorship does not need or have. I then faxed them my tax bill. No go. I also faxed them my FMSCA docs that showed from the federal goverment that Jimmy R. Young was doing business as prime time. No go. I then faxed a copy of the title. Still no trailer. Stay away from these people West Way Towing Jimmy R. Young
